Our Story

At Onergy Safety Training Center, safety is more than just a passion—it’s a legacy passed down through generations.

Our founder, Dr. Onesimo “Jojo” M. Panaligan, a leading safety expert and BWC Hall of Famer, has dedicated his life to protecting Filipino workers since 1983. Dr. Jojo’s expertise and commitment have earned him numerous awards and recognition, including the prestigious Gawad Kaligtasan at Kalusugan (GKK) award. This dedication to safety is shared by his entire family, who have made it a core value in their lives and work.

Inspired by her father’s legacy, Krizzia Nicole M. Panaligan established Onergy in 2021 to continue his mission. With years of dedication and hard work, she has successfully built a DOLE-accredited training provider that has helped thousands of people and businesses cultivate stronger safety cultures.
